There will be a tooth that the dentist will fit (probably blue), that will transmit sounds through your skull. This will be used instead of headphones.

But seriously, I do know that battery technology will be getting better, and also that you will be able to put it on the desk, it will project the screen on one side onto the table, and the keyboard on the other.
