Att Unlocked
will any att data plan work with unlocked iphone?
I have already unlocked my phone and have switched sim cards and everything works except internet. My question is if i call att and have them turn the internet on to the non iphone sim will any plan work with my unlocked phone or will i still need the 30 dollar plan.
You will still need the $30 iPhone plan because that is the only plan that was designed for that device. If any other plan is used there is no way to know if it will bill correctly or not and you could be one of those people that gets a 400 page internet bill for thousands of dollars. And AT&T will bear absolutely no responsibility in trying to work out a resolution as the correct plan was not used and they would have absolutely no reason at all to try and alleviate the issue.
