    What we do …
    What we do understand is that there has been ubiquitous cell phone use for over 20 years. We should be seeing massive spikes in brain cancer mirroring the spread of cell phones throughout the developed world and moving into the third world.

    Oops guess I forgot that one. Guess she forgot that this same Swedish academy warned us about ELF off of Computer monitors until that was debunked as a joke.

    I txt and barely call, so w.e, this is just stupid nonsense. You can get cancer just by walking down the street, or breathing. So go ahead and live life in fear. You only live once. and the convience that cellphones gives. I personally just don’t give a shit.

    @Saffroncreature …
    @Saffroncreature wow your a dumb bastard, the reason why kids got a higher chance of developing a tumour is because their skulls are still developing and are thinner allowing RF to go through them much easier than an adults skull.

    there is always a downside for every technology, if this is one, im not surprised, but surely another technology will emerge to rectify the problem that the other creates.

    all that battery …
    all that battery power your phone is charged with gets turned into radio energy, incidentally it’s radio energy that cooks your food in microwave…I know that’s at a totally different wavelength or frequency spectrum, but I refuse to let a mad scientist tell me that there is no harm in it! specially when he is being squelched by the mega cellular phone industry!

    I also used to very …
    I also used to very active in ham radio, my dad had a handheld radio that transmitted 7 watts of power right into your face as you were talking, felt like getting microwaved…cell phones operate on a fraction of the power, but extended use has a significant impact too, by the way go to the drudge report, his lead story today was titled (cell phones linked to brain tumors) a study out of Europe I think.

    The waves from your …
    The waves from your cell phone are right friggin next to your brain..Please don’t compare that radiation to a broadcast tower that transmits from 8 miles away! My phone gives me a headache if I’m on it for ten or more minutes, In fact I used to have Nextel which utilizes the Iden network which is totally different from other networks, after using the walkie talkie feature for extended periods of time my whole face would start being in pain, especially my eyes, felt like they were being fried

    The thing is…the …
    The thing is…the same waves you get from holding a phone to your head are flying at your cells all day every day. Radio stations, TV stations, electrical fields…everything everywhere, even color, is just a wave. Fortunately, those waves are too fat to do anything and nothing really happens until you get to UV light or X rays. I think even if the intensity is strong, i.e. when the phone is close to your head, the waves are still too fat to do anything.

    ah shit… way to …
    ah shit… way to scare me from using the phone. i feel sorry for the little kids who have daddies or mommies out in iraq and afghanistan and don’t wanna get off the phone with them. if they stay on too long, they’re gonna die too early, if they get off, they could have missed their last chance to talk to their loved one.

    YES BLUETOOTH IS …
    YES BLUETOOTH IS DANGEROUS TOO!!! I have been wearing bluetooth headset for last 3 years, recently I have been getting a weird headache in the left side of my head!! In one small area, this throbs with strange pulsations of pain at random! I have quit wearing the POS after a friend suggested it is my headset. I strongly advice anyone not to wear a bluetooth headset! This feels like a small tumor on left side of my brain! I am hoping that it will go away with time…
